Fillmore is a small bustling community of 15,000, nestled in the beautiful Santa Clara Valley. The City's historic downtown is home to the Fillmore and Western Railroad, the Fillmore Historical Museum, antique and collectable shops, cafes, professional and support services and groceries. Several times a year, local festivals and events fill the downtown blocks with family fun. 4th of July is especially lively since fireworks are legal in the city if Fillmore.

Backed by mountains, bounded by the Santa Clars River and the Sespe Creek, were state highways 126 and t23 meet, the town looks out on fields of crops and mountain vistas. A compact city governed by Council/City Manager.
